Razer Software Issues

    1. Chroma Connect is gone from my menu and is unusable but I can't uninstall it.

    2. I can't uninstall ANY of the modules I have.

    3. My Kraken Ultimate shows up as two devices, and the THX Spatial Audio when turning the volume up and down does nothing to the actual audio.

    4. When using these headphones, Minecraft Windows 10 Edition is just fuzzy crackly audio, and turning off audio enhancements only slightly improves it.

    5. THX Spatial Audio only imported Hue Sync and Microsoft Edge for selecting Stereo/Surround Sound from the dropdown menu and they are both greyed out.

    So some of the software is buggy, and the headphones very much so, but my mouse and keyboard are working very well, and compared to other gaming brands I have tried the software is much less buggy.

    Please let me know what I can do to fix the issues/bugs I am having, and feel free to ask for any more information you need to help me. Thanks in advance :)
