Razer Synapse 2 Not opening

I just bought a Razer Seiren X and tried to install Synpase 2.0 but after it installs, nothing shows up. I can see the Icon at the bottom but I can't open it. I've tried to reinstall it several times already. Then I tried to Repair the app and it shows this message: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
