Razer Synapse 3.0 Not Loading

I've tried all the standard stuff like deleting and downloading drivers, reinstalling everything etc but it just wont load. This is super annoying because I literally got this stuff a few days ago. When I first plugged them in it downloaded some software but I think it updated recently and now it doesn't load and it wont load my chroma settings. Please give me any suggestions. I'm new to Razer in general and have no clue how to fix this stuff.
