Razer Synapse being buggy

So, whenever I try to open Synapse it just doesn't. So then I reinstall it, and it works until I shut down my computer again. When I reboot it, it just stops working and resets all my settings, thus resulting my my Nari Ultimate's microphone never being able to work due to the constant reset of settings, where the default mic setting is off. Any help is appreciated.
