Razer Tartarus Pro, not working properly

My Razer Tartarus Pro has some issues with keys, they are like "dead", but they aren't: when i plug it to an android device, i can type, while i can't in Microsoft Word and similar. Anyway, the issue goes away when i exit Synapse.

Also the RGB lights, i can still put RGB advanced effects, but it do not display any advanced effect if i press the optical keys, just because they are "dead".
The only thing that works with RGB advanced effects is the scroll button. Speaking of input, only the lateral buttons and scroll button work.

All the other devices are correctly working: Razer Base Station Chroma V2, and my Razer Cynosa Chroma. (except Bungee V3 that seems to be a synapse issue).
It all seems to has started since i updated Synapse 3.0 some days ago. I've read obout other guys having similar problems with RGB lights, but mine is also functional. Anyway, i hope it is related with the last issues.

NOTE: Clean reinstallation didn't work, and with sfc /scannow i don't find anything wrong with my OS. Disconnecting all apps didn't work as well. I've already sent you my synapse 3 log files, due to Bungee V3 not working.

(I've opened a different thread some days ago, but i think it was fault of the great amount of messages, about the Chroma Studio not working).

Anyway, let me know if you're having the same problem, or similar.

Ok, since I'm getting no action on my threads about this issue, which may be similar to or the same as yours, I might as well respond to yours before I give up entirely. Maybe we can at least figure something out.

Here is a link to my post:

Tartarus Pro default forward and back controller keys do not work

I'm wondering if you are employing the keymap option as I've been trying to do in my experiments with this (for me) new device. As you may have noticed, the thing comes default with that thumb button that lets you switch keymaps in the game. It can be reprogrammed, and I have, but then this key sticking issue came up. I think it's the same issue they are complaining about in this long-standing Tartarus V2 thread:
Razer Tartarus V2 controller D-pad sticking / glitch

I've begun switching between controller and keymap1 for the game I'm playing lately (Cyberpunk 2077) because I'm trying to find out if the random toggle-on (others are calling it sticking) with the WSAD motion keys might be related to the controller recognition that occurs when I plug the Tartarus Pro into my system. In case you haven't noticed, games recognize this keypad as a controller. Very problematic with older games. It took me a little while to figure that out, because I was only playing one game at the time. I think this is a toggle on/off issue in the software, but who knows. Razer might, but they aren't communicating.

Here's where a connection to your problems may come in. I discovered that when in the default controller key map mode, the default "Left Joystick Up" key and the "left Joystick Down" keys are totally dead (they are in the normal WSAD grouping on the keypad). I went into that default controller keymap in Synapse 3 and reprogrammed them to WS, but left the other two default. I can now switch to the controller keymap, move forward and back, and the default left and right joystick keys actually do work I've tried it in two other games (Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Far Cry 5) and exactly the same thing happens, and reprogramming the forward and back to WS works.

While I have no ability to use the mouse for "looking" in older games like Skyrim and Fallout 4 -- the games aren't programmed so you can have both a controller and a mouse and keyboard at the same time -- I can use the controller functions available in the keypad. Again, forward and back programmed as the left joystick controller do not work.

I'm suspecting, like you, this is a Synapse 3 software problem. They list a bunch of games that this keypad will work with, I'm suspecting if I had those games the Synapse 3 software would work with them, but I have no way of checking that out for myself, since I have none of those games. I was hoping someone on this board might have some experiences we could compare and contrast.
Hey, don't worry about it, i solved my issue performing a better clean reinstallation. I forgot to update this thread
Ok. Thanks. What exactly did you do? If all you did was a thorough uninstall and reinstall, no need to respond. I know they've been updating Synapse 3 lately. Twice since I bought my pad in late Feb. I have not tried a complete uninstall reinstall, Maybe I'll try that, see what happens.
I followed this guide: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1708
I did it being sure to follow every single step.
Thanks for the link.
