Razer Tartarus V2 issue with mapping key

Hello guys I bought the Razer keypad Tartarus V2 ans I've got an issue to do the mapping key. My keyboard is AZERTY so my pad as well but the thing is I can't map my pad as QWERTY. When I try to put W instead of Z in the Razer app it's working I can see a W in the keyboard function but when I press the 8 key on my razer pad it's still Z. it's the same about Q and A.
I want to put 1,2,3,4,5 as a number but impossible as well.
