Hello, I bought the headset Razer Thresher 7.1 PS4 about 12 days ago and it always beeps and goes silent on random moments, specially while gaming...

I already talked with customer live chat support, and it wasnt that helpful...So iI ended up testing the headset on another computer and it was working fine (better than my PC) for 6 hours straight, no beeping, no uncomfortable silence, no scratched sounds , pretty nicely... after i took back my headset, just after 2 minutes of connecting it, it started to beep on my PC, i decided to check on Device Manager to check if could update or unistall the driver and i realized it was connected as Headset Earphone (USB Audio Device) and not as Razer Thresher 7.1 as shown on another computers.

I tried unplugging and plugging it many times and it doesnt seem to recognize it as Razer Thresher ...
How can i solve this problem?, it seems to be a windows problem i can assume.

Note: english is not my native language, sorry in advance for any grammar error, thanks for reading!
