RAZER ULTIMATE HEADSET DOES NOT WORK

Hello I hope I can find help here. My new Headset worked without any problems. Today out of nowhere It stopped lightning. I checked anything on the cable and USB -everything fine. It seems like the electricity won't go through to the headset. I already restarted the Computer. Also,it does not show up in razer synapse. Of course, there is no sound either.

I would contact Razer Technical Support and they will replace it for you as long as you bought it new. If you bought it from any retailer, Amazon, or RazerStore than you're fine as the headset is under warranty.
