Just got the Viper Ultimate (Wireless), and whenever I shut down my PC, the lights on the mouse never turns off. The lights are changing colours as well, which is strange as I set mine to static green. This is happening when mouse is in the dock or off the dock. The lights on the dock itself is off.

Anyone is having the same issue?

I have a feeling that my my profile is not stored on the onboard mouse memory. In synapse, I can see an exclamation sign saying 'Assign cycle up profile function to this profile to switch to the next onboard memory profile when synapse is not available'.. I have looked everywhere in Synapse to assign cycle up profile, but couldn't find anything..

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Strange. This doesn't happen to me. Could your charging dock be plugged in a usb charging port (I.E. a usb that has a lighting bolt on it) Maybe try changing the port to see if you still have the same problem on another one.

@patrikkoo The USB port you plugged the dock into is probably a powered port. You can disable this feature via the Power Management tab. The option "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" should be on. Do note that there are some motherboards that offer this in a BIOS level so you may also want to reach out to the manufacturer's support.

Here's how to set a Cycle Up Profile key: (apologies for the shaky lines :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_:)

Do note that without Synapse running in the background, your device's lighting effects with revert to the default setting.
