Razer Wolverine Ultimate Stick Malfunction

Razer fan for over a decade. Purchased the Wolverine Ultimate a few months back primarily for Rocket League on PC. It gets used constantly, until a few nights ago when, while playing, i heard a crack underneath the left stick. Now the stick appears to be loose, to where i feel as if I can almost pull it out of the controller. Also, there is now stunted response to turning as well as a constant right steer occuring. I worry that it is physically broken, not simply a dust/debris issue. Wondering if theres anyone else out there who may have experienced the same situation? I LOVEEE this controller, and all of my Razer Products. Am I out of luck on this one and just need to purchase the new v2? Or is there any possibility of repair?
