Hello All,

I purchased this headset roughly a 10 months ago to the day. I heard great reviews about the headset and was excited to try it out. Unfortunately since I got it, the mic quality has been poor, my friends have to increase my input volume to 200%, and will commonly claim that I continue to sound to quite even after the adjustment. I have tried resetting my PC, updating my drivers, increasing my own input volume, re-installing apps, unplugging the boom arm, and even attempting to use the headset with the wired connection. No fix has seemed to improve the input volume of this headset. Is there a problem with my headset? Or has this been a common occurrence with those that have owned this headset?

Additionally, I tried contacting razor through their support section and kept being redirected, never reaching a contact number or email for help.
