I recently purchased the razer deathadder essential because its design perfectly fits my palm but i can't get it to power up or work i have tried razor syanpse 2 and 3 and i have it registered am i missing something????

What do you mean that "i can't get it to power up or work"? It's not functioning (cursor not moving) or the lights doesn't come up?
