Really Disappointed - Naga Trinity left mouse double clicking all the time

Well, you read the issue above... This item was a gift my hubby purchased for me about 16-18 months ago, it's been used lite-moderately used (I work and am a mother, so I don't have hours on end to game or use the PC).
Really disappointed because he purchased this for me as a gift after my last Logitech MMO mouse did the SAME thing!!

It was purchased at JBHIFI in store here in Australia. Hubby doesn't have the receipt anymore. We're planning on contacting the store tomorrow to ask and see if they can provide us with a copy, however, per their website we need to provide them with debit card details (he's had a new card re-issued due to expiry, so thats a problem), exact date (which we don't have? Who remembers this stuff), product & model (we do have this) and price (we do know the price he paid).

We're hoping to sift through his bank account to pin down the price/amount spent at JBHIFI to find out the exact date, but we might still fail to provide the card details since his card has been replaced... Im praying we can piece it all together enough to get a copy of the receipt, so I can do a warranty claim.. I'm very frustrated because at least my old Logitech mouse had the double click after like 5 years! Not less than 2!!

What I've read this seems to be a common issue with the Naga Trinity mouse.

If you don't find the receipt, I'd just buy some good switches like Kailh GM 4.0, and just resolder the main switches in your Naga Trinity.
It's fairly cheap and easy to do (requires some soldering skills), but it solves problem for years.

I did actually go down and repurchase the naga trinity after finding my docket, product is 2.8 years old, which it doesnt feel like its been that long. I managed to get it on sale at a decent price in AUD. Considering the shape/size/buttons on it, I really like it. I have small hands and use a palm grip for that reason and every other mouse hasnt been as comfortable..

I hope they re-release the naga trinity keeping the same size/style, but just adding improvements and features! Its perfect size for me.

I wish you were my neighbour so I could pay you to do it! I don't have a solder unfortunately.

I had around 5 Trinitys in the space of a year, seems to just be a common issue with most razer products. They have released more Naga mice since the Trinity also (Naga Pro / Naga 😵.
What kind of company let's this go on for so long. My naga trinity has just had the same issue with the right mouse button, and now they want me to record it doing this and send that to them, This mouse cleary should be recalled and reported to consumer affairs. I also have an older headset of theirs but new enough that it can use the 7.1 surround. With that said if you don't have a code you can't download the software for the item you already purchased in a nefarious attempt to force me into buying a new headset. I have 11 computers in this house all using Razer peripherals. No longer I can assure you as we are switching everything to corsair. Horrible customer service.
