Hello there.
So i have a pair of Razar Nari Essential Headphones.
I really have a love/hate relationship with these headphones! :mad_:
I have a big problem, they keep on connecting/reconnection on me and it´s really annoying and i need some help to figure out what it can be. It´s really random when it happens also.
When i play games like CS-GO and Call of duty - Coldwar / Warfare if comes and goes and it´s really starting to frustrate me to the level where I´m just going throw these headphones in the trash!
I know there must be an "easy" fix for this, but I have no clue to what that solution would be.
I have had mu bluetooth on, on my phone, but that should not be a problem, because the headphone can only connect to the device that the dongle is in, no? I have been thinking that there want any problem with the headphones, but a problem in windows (?)
But i dont think so because every time it does it, the blue light on the headphones blink.
So now, what can i do to get rid of this problem.. I´ve tried a bunch of different youtube fixes, but nothing have worked.. Like checking if i have a problem with my USB-ports or if it´s windows trying to save power...
But havent manige to find anything remote to whats making these headphones getting on my nerve and would really be happy if somebody had the same problem, and fixed it! ;)

I have the same issue with Ultimate. People had the same issue for a long time but every other thread on this forum has a Razer employee ask for a PM. No solution can be found here. I paid a lot for the headphones and can't use them while they charge and the random connection issues are a joke. Hopefully someone will answer and give a solution for this.

Wow, thatt just sad.. I tought Razer was a legit company, now im really happy tthat i didnt buy a new mouse of this brand.. Because i toughtt the "fault" would lie on my end, but now i know that it´s not my headphones/windows or other Bluetooth related issue.. Because these headphones and this issue have now consumed alot of my valuble time!
So, i want to get a refund on this, how do i do that, because it´s obvious now that it´s a maulfunction and not on my end.. Have no clue to what the problem is, butt keep reconnection over and over again.. Somettimes they work perfect for let´s say 5 mins without a "peeep-peeeup"/blinking blue light. But then it came come like 10 times in 1 min.. And i maby tought is was when the game tried to use the mic or something.. But it isnt..
So now i just want something that works.. really fed up with this shit, i bought what i tought was quality..
Yeah right.. You cant even get in contact with the company..
Maby i have to go to the store where i bought them, bbut i dontt think the will refund me , because i´ve used them and they "work". lol.
