Replacement Nari Ultimate for Xbox, please help!!


So I've been waiting for an RMA to be completed for my Nari Ultimate, I've been waiting a month nearly already, and I noticed yesterday that they are out of stock on the store. How long before items are usually back in stock? As I believe this is what is holding up my replacement
