Hey! I recently upgraded from an Xbox One X to a Series X and I've noticed something weird: my Ripsaw HD will no longer pass through 4K60 to my 4K60 TV. I can plug straight from my Series X into the TV and it displays 4K60 just fine. I've tried this with several HDMI cables and they all work. But when I take two of these cables and insert the Ripsaw into the mix, it will only send 1080p60 through to the TV. Mind you, it sends a 4K signal through just fine with my One X. But it seems to choke on the signal from the Series X. Has anyone had a similar problem? Solutions? I searched these forums and haven't found anything and Razer's Twitter support account isn't responding. And I can't find a way to submit a ticket to Razer because their "reasons for support" doesn't have an entry for streaming gear/the ripsaw HD. Halp?
