Screen stay black after boot, After trying install bios Razer 1.06

My Razer Blade 15” 2020 Intel 10750h 2070 max q froze. I tryed to update Razer bios 1.02 to 1.06, during the installation windows has bug. He try to fix it self but can't do it. Now it will boot but screen stay black. The keys are alight color like normal, but screen stay black. I've booted into Safe Mode with the same issue. I've tried using a Windows 10 install USB, and a Linux Mint install USB, but the same thing happens when it tries to start the OS install. Any help is appreciated.
