Simple RMA Has Now Taken Almost a Month

    I received a Razer Gaming Phone 2 with a broken volume button. I used the phone not even week before it broke. I sent it in for a replacement almost a month ago now. This is absurd. Razer has had my phone since December 16th 2019.

    I was excited to finally have a new phone after a year of saving and now I am down the $350 with nothing to show for it. The responses I get (when I get them) are the most sub-standard copy-pasted BS. There is NO WAY the holidays delayed my replacement for AN ENTIRE MONTH.

    I want a BRAND NEW replacement phone sent to me IMMEDIATELY (the phone I sent in was brand new so I expect nothing less). I am DONE with this garbage. I will NEVER buy products from Razer again because of this.

    I'm sorry that this became an ordeal. Allow me to try to turn things around. Please send over the case number via PM so I can check what's going on and hopefully move things along. I'll take it from there.
