I received a Razer Gaming Phone 2 with a broken volume button. I used the phone not even week before it broke. I sent it in for a replacement almost a month ago now. This is absurd. Razer has had my phone since December 16th 2019.
I was excited to finally have a new phone after a year of saving and now I am down the $350 with nothing to show for it. The responses I get (when I get them) are the most sub-standard copy-pasted BS. There is NO WAY the holidays delayed my replacement for AN ENTIRE MONTH.
I want a BRAND NEW replacement phone sent to me IMMEDIATELY (the phone I sent in was brand new so I expect nothing less). I am DONE with this garbage. I will NEVER buy products from Razer again because of this.
