Sound Issues with my Razer Nari!

I bought my Nari about a week ago. Everything has been working fine till late last night. I stepped away from my computer while playing Ghost Recon Breakpoint. When I came back to my computer about 3-5 minutes later, I had no sound. I get no sound on any game I open, and also when I try to watch videos on youtube. I have triple checked and verified all drivers and firmware are up to date. Triple checked that everything is connected properly. I have enjoyed Razer products for years and this is frustrating. Please help!

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your headset's concern. This is odd. Does the issue happen while it's connected via wired and wireless? Does the issue persist when it is connected to another port on your PC? Have you tested it to a different PC with Razer Synapse as well?
