Static feedback from my Nari Ultimate Headset

Can someone point me in the right direction, I am having static feedback when using my headphones.
I have uninstalled the SYNAPSE 3 software multiple times but it still I get the static feedback.

Hello. When did the issue start? Does the issue happen when used wired or wirelessly? Have you tried changing ports? Let me know.
The issue started a few days ago, the issue is only when using them wirelessly. I have tried multiple USB ports on my PC along with uninstalling the Razer software multiple times as well.
