Static noise on Razer Kraken X USB
Hello,
I just bought the Kraken X USB headphones, but they have disturbing static noise (more prominently on the left earcup). I installed the driver, the 7.1 surround sound feature but I can still hear the noise. I tried it on a different laptop too and the problem persists.
I read reviews and it seems other people encountered this, but did not a solution so far. Is there one except changing them?

NataliaBHey there! Does the issue happen when Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Also, does the issue happen while the 7.1 Surround Sound is not installed on your computer?
