Synapse 3.0 causing computer and audio to stutter non-stop

So I just got the Razer Blackshark v2 Pro Headset so I thought I would install Synapse 3.0 on my system. This resulted in constant problems with my computer and audio stuttering. I tried playing something as simple as League of Legends and the gaming experience was just unbearable. I know that it's the Synapse software because I uninstalled it, and the problem went away. However, the Synapse software has so much customization for the headset and I want to be able to use it, I just need a fix for this problem. Can anyone help out???

Did you perform any updates to your Razer Synapse, and were there any audio enhancements you enabled on Synapse? Let's isolate the issue first by following the steps from this link. Should the issue persists, do send me a PM.
