Synapse 3.0 crash on startup (version 3.4.604.60316)

Everything was working fine before new synapse update. I reinstalled synapse few times on my windows 10 build 1903 (18362.207). I also reinstalled my windows 10 and installed synapse again but problem is still there. I just want to say this happens random not every time i boot my pc. I dont know why you even update synapse 3.0 when everything was fine 4 days ago.
