Hi everyone ,
i`m having issues recently launching razer synapse 3 .
I`ve already uninstalled and reinstalled 30 times (clean uninstall and reinstall without the add ons such as HUE , Alexa , macro , RGB etc .. ) only installed razer synapse 3 .
turned my anti virus off , firewall off.
After installation through razer central im unable to launch synapse 3 (screenshot is attached).
Is anyone having/had the same issue and solved it?

Check Event Viewer for errors with Synapse.exe application. If there are some post a screenshot of it.

thanks for your reply , ive been searching in the event viewer under 'Windows logs'-'Application'
the only error i have connected to synapse is 'Synapse 3 web service'
i have other razer program issues in the event connected to razer such as - ' razer chroma SDK'
Error occured while trying to launch razer synapse is :

I have the same error 
I am getting the same error. There have been reports of this problem for 1-2 years with no solution. I have looked for solutions in that time, but nothing fixed it. I ignored it because I was able to program my mouse before synapse stopped working. It was fine until I got cyperpunk 2077, and I needed to reprogram the mouse slightly. I cannot reprogram the mouse as the software does not open, and that is the final straw. I wish the naga trinity would work with synapse 2.0 because at least that software works.
Sadly I will be buying a new mouse from a different company because Razer has not fixed the issue in all that time. Razer has addressed this recently, November 25, after 1-2 years of people reporting the error. Their solution also does not work. I have purchased Razer products for many years, and their negligence is what caused me to never purchase Razer again.
I would recommend any gamer to stay away from Razer products.

If Synapse 3 is working for many insiders and other users, than there are things we can still try.
Software can fail to work due to corrupted drivers, programs, user profile or worst case OS source files
* Remove the current Synapse 3
* Create a new user in your Windows OS
* Re-install the Synapse 3 in the new user
See if that works, otherwise digging into the OS source files could be next, which requires the following actions
* Diagnose and repair OS
* Worst case, reinstall the OS
