Synapse not detecting balckshark v2 + sound card

I am sure there is no hardware issue as it works just fine on my other pc (windows 10) but it is unable to detect the headset on this one (windows 11). I have tried everything, reinstalled multiple times, followed the official troubleshooting guide, etc to no avail. Facing such issues in a not so cheap product is plain shameful.

Is it connected directly into USB 3.0 (or above) on your motherboard, and not via USB hub?
If yes, try reinstalling with these steps:

  • Unplug your device from USB port
  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download, and use this tool to remove any razer driver leftovers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj
  • After using tool, restart your PC
  • After restart download and install Synapse (as administrator)
  • After Synapse installed, plug in headset directly into USB port on your motherboard.

Hi FiszPL, thank you for replying. The headset is directly connected to USB 3.0 . Synapse didn't detect the headset even after following the steps you provided. Customer support provided me with firmware update for the headset but I am still facing the same problem

I have the same problem with sound card and synapse
There is no hardware issue with the sound card and the usb sound card icon is visible in the Devices And Printers which means that drivers of the sound card are installed and it works just fine , however synapse does not detect the sound card unfortunately.
Does synapse have some issues with windows 10 ???
would this problem get solved if I install windows 11 ??

Mostly it's a software problem (Synapse not detecting peripherals), so yes - it should be working on a fresh Windows 11.
