try to uninstall all razer softwere then go to device menager remove keybord and mouse there unplug them and reboot pc when windows start plug your devices then install synapse. Also cheack if you have new updates on windows before the reboot.
Happens to me as well. I just close synapse and reopen.
I suspect it has something to do with the Open on Start-up
for me the I have to remember to turn on my Nommo cause that has its own On/Off switch.
then I have to change the default speakers and communication.
just add it to the list of synapse bugs. (or "Features")

It;s little bit strange becose it dosent matter when you turn on device speaker, keybord or mouse when you do it and synapse it running hardwere go auto sync and settings from synapse it load. Next thing i dont quite why you must speakers in windows to default becose you set them on your own and when you connect headset it change the device anyway.
I feel like it is synapese on startup
A guy I work with, has no issues with his keyboard. but he manually start synapse each start.
The nommo chroma speakers can take sound from USB or 3.5mm or Both
It's AC powered so won't play sound when unplugged
Chroma is on as long as the speakers have power.
this might be a "feature" discovering quirks of synapse
