Synapse won't load on new Razer Blade 15 Base Model 2020

Hi Everyone I just unpacked a new Razer Blade 15 Base Model, I keep trying to open Razer Synapse but it simply won't load.

I have tried allowing this app on my windows firewall as was suggested here :

https://support.razer.com/articles/1762426321

The problem is that I couldn't even find Razer Synapse there.

I also tried to run Razer Synapse as an administrator, this resulted in having the option to reinstall or to update (I tried both) - but as soon as I click the "get started" button (which should allow me to enter my ID etc) the whole app disappears, and I am back to where I started: trying to launch Synapse.

Has anyone faced this issue?

Apologies if this has been asked/answered before.

Hi there! Thanks for trying to resolve the issue on your own before posting it here. Please check if you have VPN or IPV6 settings saved in your network properties. If you have, please unselect/disable it. Search for "SERVICES.MSC" by typing it in your Windows search box and look for all Razer-related services. Double-click each item and check whether the "Start-up type" is set as automatic. Ensure that the "Service Status" is set as "Start/Running" and see if it helps.
