text function stops responding randomly

Im new to these forums, so i hope this is the right place to post this
I'm having issues with synapse 3 in combination with my naga trinity mouse where when i set one of the 7 number keys of the moba keys to the text funciton, it just stops working randomly. some times it works for a while, other times it only works once, and then stops doing anything.

I use it for fast text responses to common asked questions on discord pages with pre written answers in the text function. when it stops working, it doesnt do any of the text functions anymore but it does still do the functions of the other keys.

For example, i have set key 1,3 and 6 to text function. when it works, those keys paste the text i saved when i press them and the other keys on the side still work and simply work as the 2,4,5 and 7 keys. But when it stops working, the 1,3 and 6 key dont do anytyhing, while the 2,4,5 and 7 still post those number keys and work like normal.

anyone else having this issue or some one who has a solution for me? i tried looking it up on google but coulnt find anything.

Hi there! Have you tried reinstalling Synapse to see if it helps?

No, i have not tried that, ill try it now. Also, i just tried the text function with my tartarus v2 and my huntsman elite but those have the same issue. text function does nothing and its like it doesnt register the key at all. im going to try to de-install and re-install synapse and see if it helps. ill get back when ive tested.

ok, i just tried reinstalling it trough the repair option from the synapse installer and completely un installing it and installing it by downloading the synapse 3 installer from the site and installing it, but still the same issue. The issue is also still on my mouse, keyboard and keypad. for some reason, the text function doesnt appear to work or when it does, it only works once or a few times, and after that it stops

Thanks for the reply. Please PM me the version number of Synapse as well as a video of the issue. Let's continue there.
