Sent my system https://www.razer.com/gaming-desktops-and-cases/razer-tomahawk-gaming-desktop/RZ80-03650200-B3U1 in for repair and diagnostics because of multiple problems it was having. Loose cord in the back that'd power down the system if it was even slightly bumped. Random shut downs while sitting idle at desktop. Overheating cpu causing shut downs. Top two case fans not turning on when the cpu got hot. Cpu fan making a loud clicking or whirring sound ect. Gpu fans not going over 30% no matter the temp without msi afterburner to force them to meaning I had to run it with EVERYTHING. Not only did I get my system back and have none of the problems fixed or a reasoning why I was having the issues, my C drive was also wiped clean. I lost literally everything on it. I am extremely disappointed with Razer now after years of purchasing from them and am considering a refund so I can buy from someone else. Be careful when sending in your systems and make sure to have backups before you send it in just in case someone from their service team decides to wipe your stuff.

That's a bummer. Can you send me your email address or case number via PM? By the way, the team sends an email about data privacy and advises to back up files before sending a unit for repair, which is also indicated in this article. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
