Unable to reach out to support

Guys, where is the CHAT option?? i am unable to reach out to support by chat. I am having troubles with synapse and Alexa and there is no options to reach a support contact... WHY?

I am also seeing that nobody from support responds to the forum questions... you can't blame covid for that...

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Apologies for the inconvenience. What happened to your Razer Synapse 3.0 and Alexa?
I am unable to use the Alexa service of synapse. From Amazon, the service Is unable to reach out to razer servers. Attached pic. I tried to delete and reactivate the service/skill. I have also updated the synapse app on my pc.

I think they might gave gone bust - no reply on any support numbers after being on hold for 30 mins each time just disconnected. No reply from emails, no update on tickets. Been waiting 3 weeks for them to respond to shipping company who've told me if they don't respond after 4 weeks my shipment will be destroyed - not a good sign, I wouldn't spend any money on Razer right now until it's understood that they are solvent.

Thanks for letting me know. Have you tried re-downloading the Alexa app on your phone?
