Unable to register my Razer Thresher 7.1 for warranty :(

Hi! I purchased a Razer Thresher 7.1 for PS4 Headset and the RazerCare Elite for Headsets (US$22.99) on the same order. I went to the razer website to verify that I had the extended warranty; however every time I input the Serial Number, it says that the S/N is invalid. I'm sure I typed it in right time and time again. I even copy and pasted the S/N from my confirmation email after registering the product on razerid.razer, so I am unsure what the issue is. I just want to make sure I have the RazerCare Elite because I paid for it.
