Unable to return an item??

So I have been trying for a couple of days now to return an unopened product from razer but when I try to return it, the form I fill out says Network Error after not letting me answer the 'I need help with...' section. I've tried to live chat but it says unavailable times even though that is not true and tried contacting them any other way. I also tried to return using my order number and zip code but it also says unavailable, I would appreciate any help on contacting them and for a return! Thank you.
