Update on Razer Raiju Ultimate/TE firmware progress

I would like to request an update on the progress of the 1.02 firmware for the Raiju Ultimate and TE controllers. I received the beta version of the firmware on November 14th, and it's nearing two months now, without any word on a finalized version.

The beta firmware has fixed most of the BT input lag I was experiencing, but has introduced severe lag spikes when my Ultimate controller is being used in wired mode. It's extremely frustrating to have a beta firmware that is so close to fixing the issues, and it taking so long to be released in a finalized version. Two months is way too long for you not to give us some sort of update on the progress, and if I don't hear anything by the end of this month, I'll be returning the controller for a full refund.

If you truly cannot fix the issues with a firmware update, maybe a mass recall of this faulty product would be in order, but I doubt Razer cares enough about their customers to do this.

For a device marketed at 200 dollars, I think Razer should give us an explainatiom on what happened with these controllers and when they will be fixed or if these problems can even be fixed with a firmware update or not!? I am really starting to think if all of the controllers that are having connection issue is caused by hardware defects, or simply just bad design... kinda like when Nintendo Switch first came out some of the joy-cons were also having connection issue caused by the internal antenna being too short.

I for one have a lot of Razer gears, like a lot a lot, and while I don’t have problems with most of them, I can still tell that their built quality is sub-par comparing to some other big name brands like Logitech while costing the same of not more. So...

Give us an answer, or me and my friends are just gonna stop buying Razer all together from now on.
I totally agree with the previous statements. This kinda cries for a class action law suit
interesting how a petition could be born to have a full refund ... interesting ...
I fully agree. Only game i can play decent is battlefield 5. The rest gave stick drift despite the beta firmware. Time they speak up, and let us know the current status.
My Steel Series Arctic 7 headphones no long work while playing bluetooth on my PS4, is anyone else having a similar issue?
