Hello, I've been playing Halo Infinite on PC with my wireless adapter in my PC. During my gameplay I notice a lot of "cackling/popping" noises in certain areas of the game. My headset has been updated to the latest version as well. Please help! It's incredibly immersion breaking and makes some levels borderline unbearable.

Hello @ThugTurtle, did you manage to resolve this issue?

For Christmas I received a razer kaira pro wireless headset. I am using them on Windows 10 with an official XBox wireless receiver (which I also use for my controller)

I did a quick couple of sound checks on YouTube and everything is fine. However, as soon as I am in game on Halo Infinite I get this horrible stutering / crackling too.
I am curious about the solution as well..
I get sound stutters when i'm gaming on my pc (doesn't matter what game).
Just to add further troubleshooting info for Razor support. I have the latest version of Windows 10, all drivers and firmware are up-to-date for the headset and my graphics card. I also have the official Razor app installed from the app store.

The issue only occurs for me during Halo Infinite as far as I can tell. I have tested it with 'The Gunk' and 'Wasteland 3'. They both seemed fine. Both I was using the same official XBox controller connected through the XBox receiver that the headset is connected to.

I have also disabled the mic and tried a couple of settings in the Razor app. I can only assume that when Halo is in game it is using some other effect or feature that the others do not. Halo is the most demanding game I have, which is a consideration, however I get between 55-60 FPS on Halo and so fairly sure it's not related to system performance.

@SupportDeskUk please could you help?
Same issue, but in general when listening to anything.

Is there any way to fix this issue? It's getting really annoying. My setup is a Razer Blade Stealth Late 2020 and I connect the headset to my Xbox Wireless dongle. I use Windows 11 if that means anything.
