Viper Ultimate Charging Dock

    Hello,
    I received my Viper Ultimate several days ago. And I found a problem.
    Indeed, when my mouse is on the charging dock, and I start my pc. The dock is not powered. I have to unplug it and plug it back in. An idea ?

    Does it behave the same even without Synapse in the background? For now, let's try to reinstall your mouse driver by following the steps on this page. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.

    I did what was asked. Now my mouse is no longer detected by Synapse -_- ..

    Alright! You can follow the steps on this page to fix that. Btw, after reinstalling the mouse driver. Was it able to charge the mouse upon booting up your PC? Do let me know how it goes via PM or if you need further assistance. Let's go from there.
