Why are Razer Synapse problems still a thing?

    I'm tired of reading through all these threads to find fixes for my constant problems with this software. Beta blah, blah, blah. Razer, your silence speaks volumes. I have 9 years worth of razer products that can't get together on one synapse. This is bullshit. I just bought my 4th naga (trinity) and it's the worst one yet. The first one I ever bought in 2009 still works and feels better than this one. This one feels cheap. The hoops I have to jump through just to get it to sync up with my mouse pad are absurd. Then, to top it off, my kraken headset won't sync at all.
    I see posts that say " quit pressuring them, they'll fix it" and they are pushing a year old. Why is this? Why are you just pushing new products and not including all the good ones you already put out , that are still in service and perfectly fine? Is this because you went public and the money is more important than the offering of free software? C'mon Razer, you can do better than this.
    It is getting less and less likely that I will replace worn out razer products with more razer products. These integrated software features are are huge selling point, why don't you care enough to get them shored up and stable enough to stop calling them beta. Do you like all these complaint posts? I've known many people that would not use your products and I have been a defender. I'm worn down and it's getting harder for me to justify the defense.
    Get it together man. Don't be complacent. Your space is getting crowded with real threats.

    I must admit that I have the same feeling : Razer hardware are wonderfull (keyboards, mices, etc...) and the software looks good when you first use it with a lot of promising features, but THEN.... tons of bugs !!!! And these bugs are lasting for years now. I can understand bugs when a software is just launched, but monthes later, it's abnormal that the Synapse 3 software is still so buggy. I won't buy razer product anymore. I went to Logitech : their hardware is not so nice, but at least the sofware is working as intended !

    I am with you too!! Get it together RAZER, please. I am in the market for a new laptop and now I have to do more research on another brand. Not worth the headache. Dealing with Synapse sound software problem as I type with the new Navi headset.
