Hi everybody,
first, I will say, that this is my first Razer product and my last headsets were the Cloud II from HyperX and the Logitech G430.
I received the Nari today and I was hyped to unbox it and to try it out. I have read a lot about the microphone but I ignored the warnings from reviews, that pointed me out, that the microphone is very bad.
So I put it on and I was wondering, how good the sound and the wireless connection is. So after I heard some music I tested the microphone. In Discord, also after optimizing it in ALL POSSIBLE WAYS, it sounds so cheap, that my mates asked me, what a crappy noname headset I bought.
All in all: I love the Chat/Game switch and the sound quality is TERRIFIC. So my question is: why RAZER why do you built in this crappy microphone...If the mic would be better the people surely are ready to spend 20$ or so more to get a normal voice quality.

You change the record quality in device sound menager if not this is why you get terrible record. The default settings is the most low quality you can set 
When you get headset this is first thing you must cheack and it's wrong change it.

También lamento la compra. Tengo el modelo intermedio. El Razer Nari me costó 150 euros.
No los recomiendo, el sonido en sí es bueno y la verdad es que son muy cómodos. Pero el micro no funciona directamente. Lo he intentado todo.

Uninstall, removing the device from the administrator of disapositivos.And I can not get it to work. From the technical support they do not solve anything either.
And they do not admit the error. In my opinion it is a problem that has to do with the cloud, which does not allow to restore the factory settings of the headset.
---- I suggest that we approve this thread or create another one that we are affected with this problem to make a global complaint. Because it is a shame that such expensive headphones simply does not work the microphone.
There are for 20 dollars work better. I join as the first affected since it only worked for me in November when I bought it.----

So i changed the quality in sound manager to the max and in synapse, i changed it also to the max....the quality is equal cheap as before

Sorry. I do not have an advanced level of English and when I paste the text the Android browser, I have directly translated it into Spanish.
What I wanted to say is that the micro nope directly works for me. And I've tried everything.
I bought it with great enthusiasm and now the micro does not work.
I hope they fix it with the next update.

I can say you this when you mess with synapse microphone settings you can get poor quality even if it's set to dvd quality on windows
Just set the quality on windows sound menager to dvd and on synapse create new profile with default settings dont change anything there reboot pc and cheack the quality one more time and make sure nothing is synapse is change. I can say you this this work and quality i quaite good not the best becose it is wirless connection where you have compression.
