Windows May 1903 Update Fails on Update

Hi Guys,

When I try to apply the May 1903 Update the Razer 15 reboots, and climbs up to just under 50% and then BSD with a Stop Code: WDF VIOLATION.

It's an 2019 i8 RTX 2080 Model

Any ideas of what's going wrong here?

Hi @SurfaceMinion! This is not the ideal experience we want for our customers. Have you contacted our Support Team via email or chat? Please send me a PM together with your email address and laptop's serial number so we can continue there.
Hello, I have done this but here goes again - My ID is registered under - *removed for security purposes

I purchased this Razer from Amazon 3 months ago
Here is what one other person from support wrote me when I sent my logs but I have not heard back from them

Yup, this is a PM. BTW, I also found multiple services related to Oculus VR, Microsoft Office and even Drive Controllers either failing to launch event or pretty much just crashing.
Also here are the system logs I uploaded

Thanks for the help!

Thanks for all the information. We removed the link and other sensitive details that can threaten your privacy. We have managed to backtrack your current case ID and updated our Support Team. Allow them to contact you within 24-48 business hours via email as we requested a priority case handling to speed up its progress.
Great thank you - I have read online that Microsoft updated the 1903 release to make sure a PC was good to go before offering to install this via Windows UP. I did get that offer so tried again this AM and I get the same WDF Violation Error as before.

To add insult to injury I completely reset the Blade 15, released and patched and have just added back MS Office, Chrome, Division 2, and Oculus with the same results. I even had read to disconnect external USB drives prior to update so did that with no luck whatsoever.

That's a bummer. Have you run Disc Check or System File Check to see any error that your hard drive has? I would definitely leave this to our Senior Support Team now as the issue is somehow a combination of hardware and software. We'll leave no stones unturned here. Just don't hesitate to PM me or reply to our Support Team's email if you have questions or updates.
I haven't gotten any emails from Razer Support should I just reach out on a call or something? Also I just tried Disc Check, System File Check, and Dism and all reported no errors on the file system or disc itself.
Great news when I disconnected my Mamba Flux Mouse, Huntsman Keyboard, and external monitor and Razer Laptop stand and applied the update it worked perfectly!
