I bought a razer blackwidow v4 pro yellow switch keyboard 1 month ago but the S and D keys started typing twice and the Ü key sometimes stopped typing. Unfortunately, as far as I can see, this has been going on for a long time. I took it to the place I bought it from today and they will send it to service. How can this problem occur in such an expensive keyboard? So is there no solution? So much time has passed? If there is a physical manufacturing defect, can it be replaced? If it is software, when will it be solved with software?
I also tried synapse 3 and the new beta version but it doesn't make a difference. Polling rate change doesn't make a difference either.
