Recently bought the BW V4 Pro 75% for the OLED, but after updating my Synapse from 3 to 4. There’s constant problem with the keyboard itself and the software.

  1. OLED doesn’t get updated from any option - It’s either stuck on the “Animation” or shows 0c for the CPU/GPU Temp.
  2. Chroma doesn’t seems to be update at all for all devices.

Stop with the lame suggestion of “Update firmware to the latest” and “Clean Reinstall”, I have done multiple reinstall and nothing seems to be working.

 

Anyone else having the same problem?

PS: Wish BW V4 Pro 75% works with Synapse 3.

I have the same issue on my BW v4 pro 75% keyboard where the OLED screen can properly display the CPU temp and usage readings and displays the GPU usage readings correctly but the GPU temp according to the keyboard is a constant 0 degrees. I know for a fact it’s a keyboard issue because all of the other kinds of system monitoring software I use and the bios always say that the GPU temp is above 10 degrees celcius.
