Blackwindow v4 Pro BT/dongle issues

Hi,

Bought a Razer Blackwidow v4 Pro TKL LP Hyperspeeed, model RZ03-0545. I've bought it for the small form factor, the ability to color individual keys and the wireless capability. I've only had problems so far.

We have 2 PCs, a Hunstman v2 Analog KB, a Deathstalker v2 Pro and a Basilisk v3 Hyperspeed mouse.

First issue: even though it is working fine as a regular BT or wired device in Windows 11, it is not recognized by Synapse 3, no matter how it is linked. Device was updated to the latest 1.3.0_r3  firmware version, but there don't seem to be any drivers available.

So I've reluctantly upgraded to Synapse 4 on one PC. Now it is finally recognized by Razer's own software, but since the yet too raw Synapse 4 hang 4 times while upgrading my settings with 66 macros, I now have 66x5 macros. And of course the new interface doesn't allow one to either export or delete more than one macro at a time either.

So now the new keyboard can be hooked and is seen by Synapse 4 in wired, dongle and BT modes. But only in Synapse, not in the now separate Chroma app. It is not seen by Chroma in BT mode, only with the 2.4GHz dongle. Seriously, do you need some super high speed connection in order to turn on some static lights on my keys?

If there was a unified dongle like Logitech managed to design, you may have a leg to stand on, but with the ones I already have for the mouse and the old DS, the BW4 one seems to having interferences and I'm constantly having some parasite input, like the Ctrl/Alt keys getting virtually stuck, or some wasd key getting shadow pressed, until I turn off the keyboard.

I'm typing this on it through BT, no problems so far. As soon as I use the dongle, in whatever USB3 port, whether on a hub or on the PC, within seconds the phantom keypressed start and I have to turn it off.

So my main issue it: is the dongle really the only way to have the BW4 recognized by Chroma? I figured it was the case with my old DS2, but didn't think the technology hadn't evolved for the BW4. And apparently 2 proprietary dongles is the most that one room can handle. Plus, if they all require a direct PC USB port instead of a hub, from what I’ve gathered in these forums, how many do we think we can dedicate to Razer devices?

Is there a trick to make Chroma work with BT? I didn't buy an expensive Razer keyboard to be typing this on bland white-colored keys. And I need colered keys for my games, I have vision problems.

And are there any Razer keyboards at all that are recognized by Chroma in Bluetooth mode?
