I want the multimedia buttons to work without pressing Fn key.

And that's not a problem to do, but, now i want to press Fn key to activate F1 F2 F3 instead.

Is that possible ?
Not possible.
well that sux.
You can actually re-bind all F keys in synapse to their secondary option, then use hypershift layer to bind F1-F12.

So there is a way to do this, but not in a single click.
