- Its seems impossible to trigger the two actions in a reliable manner. It feels like buttons behave different too.

The opposite is the case. Primary and secondary actions are very close together no matter what you do.
- When you triggered the secondary action, you can't go back to the primary without releasing the button fully.
It seems impossible that Razer could have missed these issues.I feel like Razer lied to me to sell a very expensive, faulty product.
Maybe I am wrong. I am glad if anybody tells me I am just to stupid to set up this 150€ nuisance correctly.
