Huntsman Mini - Colors and Onboard Profiles when not connected to Synapse

I have a few questions about the Huntsman Mini and onboard profiles. I have a Windows machine, though I typically use it with Linux. I was able to program some keys in Synapse on the Windows machine without much trouble (new hypershift key), but I wasn't sure about colors. I noticed there are four saved profiles, but I'm not sure what these do, or how they work when not connected to Synapse. 1. Am I able to toggle between the onboard profiles when not connected to Synapse? 2. Am I able to use any custom color settings saved to the onboard profile when not connected to Synapse?
