i have a problem with the circle button top right on razer blackwidow v3, it is lagging and presses by itself, i cant watch a video without my hand pressing that button, and the thing is i cant remap it from razer synapes because it tells me (this key cannot be remapped) for some reason every key is remapped except the one i have a problem with. i just want it disabled ):

I currently own a Razer Blackwidow and I have custom lighting profiles I’ve created for Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail that are set to activate when opening the game and deactivate when closing it. I also have a “default” lighting profile that I like to call my “neutral” profile. If I’m not in either of those games that is the profile my keyboard is supposed to be at.Oftentimes, mostly upon startup, I’ve noticed that the lighting likes to default to my HSR lighting profile, even when the game is not launched or active. The only fix for this is to either open synapse entirely and set it to my “neutral” or, if it works, the synapse popup in the taskbar. I’ve searched all over Synapse 3 to find a way to ensure a default and haven’t found one.Is there any way to default my lighting profile to my “neutral” lighting?

Greetings!I’m encountering two significant issues - I’m utilizing an outdated keyboard to compose this comment.1 - After installing the latest firmware update, using the “HuntsmanElite_0226_FirmwareUpdater_v1.22.00_r1.exe” file from your website, my keyboard started to repeatedly spamming keys after that. To try temporarily stop this, I had to simultaneously press a minimum of 4 arbitrary keys, but his solution was, again, temporary as the issue tends to recur frequently!2 - Following a suggestion, from your video on YouTube, I attempted to RESET my keyboard using the ESC + CAPS LOCK + SPACE BAR keys. The keyboard underwent a color change, displaying rainbow colors, and a white led  “1”, beneath the END button lit up. At this moment, my keyboard became unresponsive! I tried to exit this DEMO mode, employing the same method with the keys: ESC + CAPS LOCK + SPACE BAR… but it is still unsuccessful!!So, now, my keyboard is locked in demo mode for ever and there is no way for me to use it a

My keyboard keeps spamming randomly how do I fix this 

Hello! so i am going to be purchasing the Razer BlackWidow V4 75%, i am wondering if Zjmehty Kailh Box Navy switches will, 1 be compatible with this device, and 2 if it will effect the brightness of the RGB and or is it compatible with this RGB type, this will be my first time ever customizing a keyboard so im not all too familiar with compatibility, any feedback would be nice!

Hello guys, I have Razer Blackwidow Tournament Edition chroma v2 which has key issues for quite some time. I had the problems even when in warrantee, I didn’t got support from Razer as I think they know what crappy products they have :( What I did so far is a perfect clean by washing all keys, cleaning the KB and now it looks like brand new but unfortunately those few keys are still spamming. My next solution to revive it is to buy some yellow switches and replace them, but I have a few questions:Original KB is with yellow switches gen.1 while the ones on the market are gen.3 - are they same in size Does the different generations have different backlight color intensity as I don’t want to see the odd keys in there Where i can find original wrist rest replacement for the KB - TKL one, not sure if there are other widths of this KBI would be grateful if you can help me there. My razer blackwidow  elite is typing random letters when I press any of the top row of letters. The rest of the letters work but not the top row. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hey allFor the Tartarus ProSimply curious if there is a way to adjust/if there is a part I can replace under the keys that would allow the weight of my finger alone to keep a key pressed down.  Fingers are going day by day and holding a pressed down key is taking its toll...sadly.  So, to all you lovely people, help a bruddah out with any suggestions you have (other than adding a weight to my finger 😉) Thank you!

I’ve been quite intrigued with the optical and the rapid trigger firmware update, especially for the Tartarus Pro. I was thinking of getting one as I have the old Tartarus V2 with mecha-membrane.However it would be great to have the Gen 2 optical switches, it appears the current Gen 1 still only has 1.5 initial actuation despite the rapid triggers 0.1 up or down sensitivity after that in synapse.What are peoples thoughts on this, and does anyone know if its likely Razer would ever release a Tartarus with the Gen 2 switches that allow for 0.1 initial actuation?It would be nice to have more options from the 0.1 to the extended 4.0 maximum actuation threshold, it gives more flexibility across a variety of games.

 The reactivity/ripple on my Basilisk V1 keyboard has stopped working and nothing is resolving this issue. I am using Synapse/Chroma Studio beta.

Everything seems to be working ok except that the key containing the appostrophe and quotation mark is unresponsive. This keyboard was just purchased to replace the Blackwidow Keyboard because it was spamming/duplicating some character (notably the W key, but occasisional others).I am now assuming that Razor keyboards are not quite up to par quality wise?????

I just received my huntsman mini today to replace my ducky one 2 mini and once I got into game I immediately noticed input delay. I looked on many different forums and posts to try to figure out what the problem is and many others were having the same problem. I went on the keyboard scan rate tool app and tested the huntsman mini and my ducky. The ducky was coming back with 2ms response times and 500hz polling rate. The huntsman mini is supposed to be 1 ms response time and 1000hz polling rate but is only showing 22ms response times and 50hz polling rate. Please help, thank you. 

Can you switch the keycaps out on the v3 pro mini? I know the customization is limited; just curious as to how limited. Switchin out the keycaps still an option?

Hi, Have tried everything i could find on this issue including the help from the other post on this forum but to no avail. Story goes like this, got the keyboard from my GF (it was working fine), wanted to update it to the newest firmware (which shows 1.03.03 for RZ03-01700100-R3M1 model). Halfway through firmware update, keyboard gets update fail and continues to be stuck in what i presume to be bootleg mode as windows recognises the keyboard only as Razor Bootloader. Tried the following,FN key reset Esc/Caps/Space reset uninstalling all razor apps and restarting computer using firmware update v1.08 trying to get synapse 2.0 to recognise keyboard but cannot be detected by synapse plugging into different ports plugging into different computerAll above has not helped. T_T please advise

Blackwidow ultimate keyboard manufacturing has stopped, is there a replacement for it?

Razer hunstman min stop working the hypershift function, I have windows 10, if i reasign the hypershift function to another key also doesn’t work, what can I do? Also dont know how to get the keyboard’s logs.Please help, I have no hypershift functionality. Try to get log without success. thanks

I was playing some games when suddenly my keyboard became like this, and I don't know what to do if there is any way to help, please do  

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the quality of the Razer brand keyboard I recently purchased. While attempting to perform a switch change, I accidentally had the tool I was using brush against the surface of the keyboard, leaving obvious marks. Considering Razer's reputation for producing high quality products, I expected the keyboard to be built with more durable materials. However, I was surprised to discover how easily it scratched with minimal contact. This experience was deeply disappointing and makes me question the durability and overall quality of Razer's products.The truth does not look like much but half roso and the scratch is already noticeable, this time I value them a point to logitech in terms of materials. 

Hi Guys,Today I updated my blackwidow v3 pro’s framework to 3.0.x ver, and after that I found the keyboard wireless cannot work when plugin the USB cable for charging only (Both 2.4g and bluetooth).  It can work fine if pluged with a PC ( the wireless cannot work though). Unplug the cable the wireless works fine. When plug in the usb cable (in a wall power sockect), the keybord will shutdown for a second, all lights die, then relight up slowly. At this moment only lights are up, but wireless functions are died.  Before updating the framework everything was fine (version was 2.0.x). And i also tried to reset the keybord from Synapse and Hold “ESC + Caps On + Space” method, nothing worked. Changed to other wall sockets, changed cable, nothing worked. Need your kind help if anyone has solution or idea on this, million thanks!

It would be good if the Huntsman V3 also considered the possibility of allowing the keyboard function with secondary function to be reversed. For example, if I want to sneak I press lightly and for normal running I press completely. Unfortunately, it's difficult to describe it properly the way I mean it. But try a game where you can sneak. Otherwise it works with analog WASD, but some games don't support controllers. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could set it up with the assignment?

does the razer blackwidow v4 x have removable keycaps?

Cynosa v2’s button’s colour are peeling off. Especially the buttons I used often.

My number 20 keycap came off of the V2 (not the pro model), I cannot find a replacement for it anywhere and Razer will not let me contact them because it is out of warranty. Does anyone have any leads on how to obtain a replacement number 20 key for this? Thank you.
