Hello, I have a Blackwindow V4, I have a problem. I would like to open the Windows sound settings with the "M1" key, for example, or even better change my audio output device directly. To explain, I have several speakers, and often have to change the output, so it is very annoying to have to make a lot of mouse clicks until the output is changed Is this even possible? I would be glad about feedback

I ordered a razer huntsman mini yesterday and received it today. I have a laptop if i need to change something on it. When im using it on ps5 with normal mode, it works fine. But when i use gaming mode. It sends no input at all. Please help.

I have a BlackWidow Lite Mercury keyboard. This keyboard has “instant trigger”. I don't know about this. Is this same thing as a rapid trigger?

I'm having a problem with my blackwidow keyboard. The LEDs of some keys (C, alt, page down) remain lit, with low light, even when the total brightness of the keyboard is set to off. The number of keys that remain lit is increasing, even tho i never light up the keyboard. Even if I try to set a new light profile, the keys continue to remain lit with their color (for example ‘’alt’’ remains red). I tried connecting the keyboard to another computer, resetting it, updating the firmware but nothing works. any suggestions?

I own 2 Razer Hunstman TE and a blackwidow RZ03-0286 keyboard. After more than 2 years, I see some white chalky substance on both the hunstman keyboard. I dont have this issue with the Blackwidow as the top part is plastic. Razer should look into this. 

I searched throughout Google but couldn’t find the answer to my question which was, What are the five indicator lights on the top right of the Razer Cynosa Chroma? I know two of them are to show that the Caps lock and NumPad are in use or not but I’m not sure about the other three.

I recently bought a black widow mini hyperspeed phantom edition for a 100 dollars at Razerstore Las Vegas. I do not live in Las Vegas and bought it in vacation. Is there anyway to return the keyboard without going to the store?

Why do Razer not offer all layouts with certain switches and why does the UK seem the be the least offered? I want to buy a new keyboard, looking at the Blackwidow V4 Pro but i cannot get it with orange switches in UK layout. This is ultimately meaning i am probably going with Corsair.

 Keyboard has been working perfectly normal, but today I got home, turned on my pc and saw that I couldn't enter my password, so I re-plugged the kb, but it still wasn't working, so I used the on-screen keyboard to log in and the keyboard started working as soon as synapse loaded. I didn't give it much thought but then realized that both square brackets aren't working. I went to check all keys on that kbtester site and found out more not functioning keys (picture below shows all not functioning keys). I checked synapse and saw a hyperlink for a firmware update, installed it, thought that would fix it, but it didn't.I already tried restarting synapse and my pc, unplugging and plugging kb back, updating firmware, checked for synapse and windows updates and creating a new keyboard profile in synapse, clean synapse reinstall, used SFC and DISM, hard resetting kb (a couple of times), connecting to another PC. None of that did the job…The keyboard hasn’t moved an inch since I used it yesterd

Hello everyone.   I bought a razer tarantula years ago when it was new.   The macro keys were very useful.   I still have the keyboard and have used it just as a normal keyboard for years and its fantastic.   Anyway, I have need to use the macros again if possible.  I downloaded the latest firmware for the keyboard on the razer site, but nothing happens, nothing seemed to install.    I’m not really sure where to go from here so I thought I’d ask for some help and see if anyone else has any ideas.   I know this is a nearly 20 year old keyboard, so maybe I just won’t be able to get it to work, but if I could that would be great.   Any suggestions?   Thanks in advance. 

Hi!first, im sorry for my english i know its bad … so heres my problem.I buy a Razer Huntman Mini Mercury white and i love it.works really fine and dont have any problem until i activate in Lighting “Quick effects” or “Advanced effects” mode. technicly when RGB is on my Keyboardwhen it active my left Ctrl is not workling really good. i press one time and the keybord register almost 6-7 times.but only when any mode is on.I try everything what this support site sad but nothing is changed. Synapse Update DoneWin11 Update Done  but idk why when i try to update the Huntman Firmware the intall find my Keyboard but the installer sad “you already have the latest update” but in the website i see Firmware v1.32.00 r2 butbut the istaller sad i have Device version 1.12.00so i this is the problem ? How can i update this if the installer not let me or this is the latest version ?and one more thingwhen i use Sypapse and i click in the settings (right up corner) and i go Firmware i only see my Mice  b

No idea why, but pause button doesn’t work. Pressing FN + INS button which should result in Pause being pressed does nothing. While testing inputs on Windows, it works correctly. Any idea what could be wrong? Other random cheap logitech keyboard with FN combination works just fine connected in the same port, but on razer kb menu doesn’t show up.I even tried to save custom config to onboard memory and replaced insert with pause. Even without FN being involved, it doesn’t work. For some reason Pause on razer kb doesn’t behave like playstation is expecting it to. Any idea if this could be fixed at some point? It would be great to have fully functional keyboard on ps for games that supports it. Can anything be done?

I have a razer ortana v3 keyboard, and i recently lost my ps4 controller. i want to know what the ps button is on the keyboard, and it said the pause/break button, and it didn't work. Can you guys help me with finding out which button is the ps button?

I've got my balckwidow V3 mini hyperspeed about 2 days ago every thing was working fine yesterday i plugged in my keyboard in to ps5 via cable cause it wont work via dongle or bluetooth to play some cod mw3. After i stopped playing mw3 i unplugged my cable turned off ps5 etc. and went to bed i woke up today at 4 am and i wanted to see someting on pc so i turned it on. In an about 10 minutes i havent seen anything wrong.I started messaging with my friend on discord and then i saw that the synapse was updating i haven't done anything at this moment casue it seemed normal but in a while i've got a message from my friend and i wanted to replay to him but in this moment when typing i realized that K button on my keyboard isn't doing anything. so i looked up on the internet what it might be i saw on razer page that i should turn it off press esc caps nad sapce button and turn it on again i did it but nothing has changed. after that i saw my windows, I, 8  and M keys werent working too after

So I recently purchased a BlackWidow V4 Pro keyboard and most of the time, the keys light up white and do not sync with my other Razer products (Firefly Mouse Pad, Basilisk V3 Pro, and its Mouse Dock Pro). They do not change color with any of the software effects in the Razer software. I’ve tried different USB ports, different cables, reset the keyboard, there’s no firmware, updated drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, rebooted...everything that’s in the checklist for troubleshooting before contacting support. However, there is one thing I did try that does work. If I connect it up to my laptop, it works fine there….but I haven’t used it long enough to see if it goes to white. I also found that closing out of Razer Synapse seems to fix the issue and launching Synapse manually, turns off lighting on my keyboard and it goes dark. When I close out of Synapse and leave any other app on, I will get my colors back on a rotating basis. So since my laptop does work, that tells me that the

My Deathstalker Ultimate was working fine on Windows 8. But after an up-gradation to windows 10, it stopped working. Whats weird is, the keyboard lights up with the profile and apps also load on the switchblade, even synapse 2.0 shows the keyboard. But the neither the keys nor the switchblade(tactile keys and touchpad) are responding at all. Tried everything like, reboot, reinstall, uninstall then clean install, pressing esc+caps lock+space keys and connecting the two usbs; but nothing works. Anyone has any idea? Please help!!!!

just curious which keyboard has the exact same switches as the tartarus pro?

I play games and use websites that usually need two or more of the same character while typing. I can’t even use the same key twice while typing/using the keys! Please someone help me and tell me why none of the characters are repeating or spamming.

I’ve been looking all over the place and although amazon and the razer store both have a UK layout option, I can’t find a single picture of one? I’ve only seen the US layout (without the big enter key), I hope this isn’t the case since that would be a dealbreaker for me.

Good morning Team Razer. I am having issues with my Blackwidow v4 Pro keyboard at startup and with the Chroma RGB. Right now from a cold start I can tap the keys and the computer will wake from sleep but the keyboard itself will not start and I am unable to type unless I remove the wrist rest and reconnect it. The keyboard lights up after this and I am able to start typing, however the Chroma lights will shut off after a few seconds of being logged into the computer, but the typing still works. I reviewed a previous post (Answer ID: 538) and followed all the instructions listed there and that seemed to work for a moment, and then with the latest Razer update that no longer seems the case. Reviewing a few other threads, I found a solution of turning off the dynamic lighting setting on Windows 11 fixed the issue, but as I am currently running Windows 10 and cannot upgrade due to a processor incompatibility I do not seem to have this setting and therefore cannot fix the issue. Hello,  I have a razer deathstalker chroma (model number RZ03-0150) which after some time gives me finger strain for programming/office. Sometimes I’m going till the bottom when pressing a key (sometimes with some force), but I’m not sure if this is the problem of my strain. I guess it’s either the bottoming or the high actuating force causes my finger strain. On my laptop, the strain is largely reduced. I know it’s probably not the keyboard for this  (programming/office) use, but I got it for free, so I took it.I’m considering buying a new one, but would like to avoid the finger strain. So would like co compare the actuating force curves for the switches (should I take care of more things such as tactile vs linear or how the bottoming is for the keyboard?). Would you know where to find the force curves for razer products?Also on this keyboard next to the serial is written membrane gaming keyboard, however in the product spec it’s written chiclet. I think there is a difference in btw t
