as in the title, my razer blackwidow essential digital "w wonda" every time i type the "o" key and also the "f12" key has the led totally out of sync with the others, whenever i have to type the "o" key " I have to press fn to exit correctly, you don't expect this from a product of this quality...

I connected my keyboard to my MSI laptop, knowing that I already had multiple Razer devices. Razer Synapse only performed an update for the keyboard and asked me to restart my PC after the update. When I restarted my PC, I couldn't use the keyboard, even though it is recognized everywhere and the RGB lighting works. It's worth noting that my PC is an AZERTY layout purchased in France, and the Ornata V2 keyboard is a QWERTY layout purchased in Sweden.

No matter what only those specific buttons mysteriosly stopped working for no reason and i cant get my hands on a solution for that for that problem its been bothering me for weeks and i need help

I have an interesting problem that keeps cropping up on my Razer Blackwidow Chroma TE (v2). It doesn't matter if it's plugged directly into the USB port on the desktop, or into the USB hub in the Razer Chroma desktop. I saw several people suffering from this problem in various corners of the world, but apparently without a solution... If anyone knows what I should do, I'd be grateful, thanks in advance! I'm from Brazil, it's difficult to resort to support and I'm out of warranty.

Title. I’m looking for a keyboard under $60 that supports NKRO and I can’t find anything about the Ornata V3/V3 X. Do they support nkro over USB, or at least 6kro? Thanks

Hello My problem is when I turn Razer Synapse on then my Razer Ornata no longer reacts at all when I close Synapse again, does it work again does anyone have an idea what could be the reason? I have already reinstalled drivers

So I wanted to mod my huntsman v2 (foam, lube, etc.), but I am concerned that I might damage it.  Should I be worried, or is it fine to mod?

I am able to use the keyboard to log in and type on my browser like i am right now with it but when trying to type in settings or play a game with it, it no longer works. I’ve updated and reinstalled everything i can think of but nothing is fixing it is there anything you guys know.

Hello community! I discovered the Deathstalker V2 Pro and I would like to buy it, but when I search on swiss electronic websites, they only offer the TKL version with the swiss layout. Do you know if a French-Swiss layout exist for the full size version?If not, do you have a solution, like buying the keycaps somewhere? I thought about buying the Swiss TKL version and the German full size one and combine them, but I don’t know what I will do with the TKL keyboard, and they are not cheap 😅 Thanks,Adrien

As u know the issue is sometimes u can't remember when u use a keypad what button is set to what key my idea is using leds or a micro display in the keycaps that can tell u the button layout for ur set profile like for example I have the tartarus pro and button 1 is set to example button b then in that profile the led or micro display shows b instead of 1 its just an idea  and how are u gonna use it will be the question I have a answer for that to for the already made keypads u can use a kind like paper wiring for power and data and newer keypads can have it integrated it will make the keypad better to use like I said it's just an idea I wish ur all reading it and if something doesn't make sense reply or find a better solution Greetings DestinyBetween 

Hey i bought this keyboard (Razer ornata membrane v2) approximately a year ago.I switched to another keyboard recently and spilled water over it and doesnt work, so i had to go back the Razer keyboard.But the only key thats working, is the pause/play button and the led lights. Ive tried removing the keyboard from my pc settings and reinstall it even resetting the keyboard itself.I cant find a solution anywhere so does any of you guys know to fix this or should i just buy another keyboardd?

So like the title reads, my keyboard volume knob works as expected when Windows starts up. But as soon as the Razer software opens and loads, the volume knob no longer works. If I completely close the Razer software, it works again. This started after the last update on 06/08/2023.  Anyone have a fix for this?

I recently acquired a Huntsman Elite keyboard but encountered an issue with the (/?) key not functioning. All other keys on the keyboard work correctly. I attempted the 'esc+caps+space reset, but the issue persisted, and I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Synapse software. Despite these efforts, the problem remains. I am seeking suggestions on what else I can try.

I have a Huntsman Elite with the PBT keycap set and I love them. After nearly a year and a half of use and plenty of gaming, the keys I used most often have become noticeably worn. WASD in particular are worn the most and some of the keys around them are starting to get a smoother finish as well like F, V, Q, R. I miss that textured feel and so I’m curious if it’s possible to purchase an additional set of these higher use keys only. It seems a waste to get an entire set just for 10-15 out of 104 keys.

I’m having problems with my Blackwidow Elite losing custom keys that I set if restart or wake the computer from sleep, it’s not all the custom keys just some! Anyone know why it won’t save some keys or restore from sync settings?? TIA

I have my blackwidow chroma V2 working 2-3 days ago. suddenly when i came from work and use my unit, keys are not working but when i press those keys lights are coming exactly for each keys but only lights ,  but it is not responding on computer. i tried reinstalling fully the synapse but still same issue

Hi, I have a broken leg, does anyone know how to get the leg out of the unit and replace it?  I have a replacement to swap out, but I don’t know how to get the leg out of it?  Doesn’t seem to pull out like they do on a normal keyboard?  I have googled and looked for videos but can’t find a thing?

Built a new computer where everything can be controlled by razer chroma. My other games can control all my leds. Terraria isn’t showing up in my chroma apps section and doesn’t seem to work with razer synapse. Tried uninstalling and re-installing both terraria and synapse but that didn’t fix the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Hallo, ich habe mir die Tastatur Ryzer Ornata v3 zugelegt, jetzt habe ich das Problem das zwei Tasten belegt sind “T” und “U” und ich nun was schreiben will die alt Methode mit alt und Zahlenkombination schreiben muss.In World of Warcraft sind die Tasten auch belegt die nun nicht mehr funktionieren.Wie bekomme ich die Belegung dauerhaft gelöscht.

Will razer finally make a TKL keyboard with the side macro keys on the left side? Been waiting for years for such a keyboard and only 1 brand so far has one (not of great quality though and only US layout, would like a PT-PT one). Other brands had the full keyboard with macro keys but removed them on the TKL version... My hope is that with the BlackWidow V4 PRO, Razer develops a TKL version keeping the macro keys. Does anyone know if Razer plans to release such a keyboard like the pic below?  

Hi everyone! I wanted to make a recommendation that I think is very important for the keyboard range with analog switch (like tartarus for example) Would it be possible to add in razer synapse an option to change the depth to detect the release? Like the Wooting HE, it would be great to be able to detect the release of the key more quickly, like the rapid trigger function. Thanks a lot !
