Guys i have BlackWidow Tournament Edition Chroma and sadly some of the keys are not working properly like i need to press many times. Is there Razer repair or customer services here in the philippines? :(

So I have a BlackWidow Chroma (V1) and I wanted to know, which Razer keyboard is the best? Is it the new Blackwidow v3 Pro? Or is it the Huntsman Elite? Or is it something else? Do you have any preferences because of the feel of one or the look of another?

Hello, I recently purchased a Razer Huntsman Mini keyboard, and I love everything about it. I was just wondering about something that happens to its lighting when I get in game and the keyboard enters "gaming mode." If I set my keyboard's lighting to static blue, for example, the "U" key will light up as white in gaming mode, while every other key is blue. When I exit game, or manually turn off gaming mode in Synapse, this discrepancy goes away. Is this an intended feature, or a bug? Either way, is there a fix for this? Thank you for any help you may be able to give me.

I have the Huntsman TE and I dont like how the keys feel when they bottom out on typing. Does the mini improve that feel with the damping or does that only affect the sound? Linear keys, not clicky.

Hello there i bought razer huntsman elite linear switches yesterday. I'm sure 2 usb connectors are connected to my working pc . I'm not using wrist rest. So the problem is when i press caps lock 7-8times continuously sometimes the led indicator won't light up always , it stucks. Anyone there with same or is this any issue ?

I currently have the stock Razer key caps that came on my Black Widow Elite. I think these would be classified as OEM? What full set of key caps do you guys recommend that is a little shorter than this?

Ich hab mir Tasten auf Hypershift belegt. Ich kann allerdings nur die Standard beleuchteten Tasten oben sehen. der Rest vom Keyboard bleibt dunkel wenn ich auf Hypershift drücke. Kann man irgendwie die Belegten tasten beim Hypershift beleuchten? Die Tasten 1 und 2 sind belegt (siehe JPG)

Hi, I have very recently bought a razer huntsman elite keyboard after doing a lot of research on witch keyboard would be best for me, and so far i am very happy with my experience and it lives up to its expectations. However, For a 200$ keyboard i was kinda surprised that there was no winlock button but i fugured: "Oh well, i can always program another button to do so under hypershift." But i cant seem to figure it out, and searching on google doesnt seem to bring up any new solutions either... Is there just no way to add a winlock button to the most expensive razer keyboard there is while my previous 40$ keyboard did have one? or am i simply missing something really obvious and was this entire post idiotic? well please let me know cuz i really want my Winlock key XD.

Is there ever going to be a restock of the Razer Quartz Blackwidow Tournament edition? I found one for sale but I want the one with the yellow switches. Please let me know! Im trully interested in buying one but I can't find it nowhere.

As the title suggests, my keyboard has stopped being able to type. This started happening the morning after I set my escape key to a macro in synapse. It first worked fine, but then it stopped typing. The RGB is still functional and the ripple effect works when I press a key, but the letter I press is not being entered. I've tried unplugging and pressing esc, caps, and space, but it had no effect. I also did a clean install of Razer Synapse. What must I do to fix this?

I spilled a drink in the keyboard and want to fully clean out the inside to avoid sticky mold issues down the road. I found all of the screws on the top deck of the keyboard, but I notice it still seems to be held in place in a couple of locations. 1) near the connection for the wrist wrest 2) at the top right near the multimedia dials. Any help someone can offer will be great appreciated.

I've just bought a Blackwidow Elite and installed the latest version of Synapse from the Razer website. I've been trying to get my head around how it works. One of the things that appealed to me when buying it was the chroma connect feature. I've tried setting this up but it doesn't detect any games or software on my PC. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software from scratch but no luck. It just doesn't see anything on my PC that it recognises.

Hi, My numpad just got s wonderful bug. WHen i type 4 on my numpad the numpad light close. When i type 7 when it's on it type 17. Can someone solve this problem? Thx

I recently found my old water damaged BlackWidow Ultimate 2014. (model number: RZ03-0038) Before the water damage, the number pad didn't process input. I was wondering if there was any way to repair it myself, or if there is some product return program that I could use to get some credit for the physical keyboard. In addition, if anyone would like to buy this keyboard, its up for grabs. Any advice or inquiries are well appreciated.

Hi everyone!! I've been using Razer peripherals for quite a while now, and I've always been happy with them. Now I wanted to upgrade my whole setup and I've decided to get a Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard, with linear optical switches. However, it seems like the types of layouts available are limited, and they all differ from my main layout (which is Italian). It wouldn't be an issue to buy the US or UK one, but it will take me a lot of time to re-train my brain with this new layout, not considering that a lot of symbols are missing in the available options. So I was just wondering if there's at least a plan of expanding the Elite range with additional layouts in the future... Thank you to all! :)

I have an issue with the C and V keys every now and again spamming in what i am typing. I have to press the key again to stop it. Anyone know if this is hardware or software issue. Already tried re-installling the synapse 3 software and there are no macros. Going to get a replacement if i cant find a fix

So, I want to ask a question for example I want to add Macro to keystroke that when you tap Twice on it (double click) it run Macro. I want my [W] which is regular forward, when double tapped [W W] perform Side step. so, a single key perform diffrent action when single tapped or double tapped Is it possible with Synapse ?

I have Razer Ornata Chroma keyboard but somehow My Tab keycap has been broken while playing league of legends. I can not find it. This is so bad for me. If anyone has it, May I ask you to send me that keycap ? I would really appreaciate it. Thank you in advance :) PEACE

Is there a way to disable the keyboard ghosting? I do play a lot of Rhythm Games that require pressing multiple buttons at once. I did try doing the steps from :https://support.razer.com/articles/1542555001 and with not result so far
