Dear All, I've seen someone reviewing a Huntsman, and pressing the FN key took out all backlight, leaving only F1, F2, F3, F5, F6, F7, F9, F10, F11, F12 keys lighted (white). He mentioned "this is a function on all Razer keyboards". Well, I have BlackWidow X, a Chroma V2 and a Elite, and certainly on the Blackwidw X and Chroma V2 none of them take out the backlighting off when I press the FN key. On the Elite, when pressing th FN, key, ONLY the keys F9, F10, F11, F12 are lighted (white). Does anyone know how whether this function can be customised? I.e. is there a way to turn ALL F keys on when pressing the FN key onto the Blackwidow X, Chroma V2 and the Elite? Thank you!

Hello, if i buy a Cynosa Chroma keyboard for xbox, can i switch the lights without the software, or if i download the software and set a profile, then the profile will be on when i plug the keyboard into my xbox? Thanks for the help!

Hi. Everytime I use the turntable button on the right side of the keyboard to adjust the volume, it is extremely inaccurate. I turn it up a little and somehow the volume lowers, I turn it more and then it increases the volume a little. And vice versa. It was not like this for the first few months I had it which makes me think it could be a software issue, in which case I am wondering when it will get resolved as it is quite an annoying issue.

Dear all, I am new to the forum but I do have a question you may find strange: I have a Blackwidow Chroma TE V2, and one of the functions I love on it is that whenever you activate Caps, Scr Lk and Fn+F10, the colour on those buttons switches to white when they are active, and return to your default colour profile when you de-activate them. That's brilliant as it's very easy to see when one of those keys is active. Now, I have recently got an Elite (as my "Razer extended"), however I've noticed that instead of Caps, Scr Lk, FN+F10 and Num lk working in the same logic and turn white when pressed, they have instead placed individual (but very hard to spot!!) LED's onto the chassis of the keyboard itself. As there is a very faint inscription of what LED is for which key (and as 4 out 5 LED's are white), this makes very hard to see what is active on the Elite, unless you use a magnifier. Come on, Razer, you're a global money machine! Doesn't hurt you to come with localized keyboards to the market! When will I fuckin' get a Razer Huntsman Mini with a German layout?

I've had the Huntsman TE for a couple weeks now, and while I love the overall design, I would say the one thing keeping it from perfection for me is just how damn loud the switches are. I've heard that on the Huntsman Mini with the Optical Linear Gen 2 switches they've addressed exactly that complaint with added softeners and lube, which sounds (no pun intended) amazing! Apparently 50% quieter on certain keys, which would seriously be ideal. Does anyone know if the original Huntsman and Huntsman TE will be updated to the new Gen 2 switches? It would make my day if so.

Tried to get support but the serial number was not recognised. I am concerned my new Blackwidow Lite is not genuine as it does not match the images on the web. Namely because the secondary symbols on the keycaps are not fully illuminated It looks like they are on the attached image but they are dark. I have not installed the o-rings on the number or symbol keys

I have a Chroma V2 keyboard and some leds are not with the same color like the others. When I select static color, the left alt, shift and windows stay with dfferent colors, I've already searched and some people say it's when water falls in the keyboard, but this never occurred to me. I was with the warranty, contacted support 2 times and they said they would email me, I didn't receive any email and now I am without warranty and with the problem '-

Hello there, I have a Razer Tartarus V1 product. It has no deformation and problems. However, the "bottom" and "spacebar" keys under the dpad do not work. I was using it today. Then its use stopped. I installed it on another computer. I had the same problem. The next day, this problem resolved. It doesn't work again today. Please can you help? Best regards,

My lighting effects have been going kind of wild lol. It's like my keyboard is trying to go from the wheel rgb setting to the basic overwatch one (where the color changes to what hero you're playing) but it's like super fast, kinda flashing back and forth. I've tried the standard unplugging and plugging it back in, i've restarted everything, all the lil basics. I'm not the best with working around Synapse I just wanted everyone else's opinion haha!

I have a Blackwidow Chroma V1 keyboard. If in the latest Razer 3 app in Windows 10 I choose a static color as my lighting effect any color related to orange shows as some offshoot of white, while red color variants show correctly. If I choose yellow the color shows as light green. Is this a fault of the keyboard which has been corrected in later Blackwidow Chroma keyboards or is this a bug in the Razer 3 program ?

I am wondering how you remove the spacebar to the Razer Huntsman Mini as I do not want to break anything. I s it the same as a normal keyboard or is it done differently to any others? Thanks!

hello guys, im new to pc and i just bought a tartarus v2 . i want to program the keypad go forward and forward + right and forward + left but so far i can only program one key and i dont know how to program multiple key to the same button. any help will appreciated

I just purchased a Tartarus V2 & after searching I can't find a way to set a modifier to work. If I cant set some shift + (KEY) keys there is no reason for me to continue to use this. Thanks

I have a razer blackwidow lite for my Office use and gaming use , i have a razer mercury white line up with mouse/ mousemat / base station. but my keyboard is just white with no rgb and no numeric pad IF your going to make a gaming/office keyboard make it RGB and put a number pad. i have so many coworkers using blackwidow lite and we all have the same complain. We can't buy a huntsman it's too noisy We can't buy a Blackwidow elite cause it's not white our office is white Want to take our money? make a Blackwidow lite 2 with yellow switches/orange/red linear. or just make the same keyboard put numpad and RGB on it and name it blackwidow lite 2 mercury been waiting for 2 years just make one!!! and take our money!

Hey guys recently purchased a Razer Hunstman TE, and i accidently clicked the macro click and macro'd something and didnt know how to take it off so i thought resetting my keyboard would help but NO this ruined my keyboard i did the "hold esc and tab and replug it then release keys" and it completely seized my keyboard i cant type on it anymore it lights up and then doesnt let me type,the only thing i can do is click FN and change the colours of the keyboard from 1-5, ive tried resinstalling razer synapse, reinstalling drivers etc etc nothing working!

Hey guys! I'm new to the world of PC gaming, but I have been gaming ever since the original Xbox. I have spent the last 3 days building my PC, and setting everything to how I want it. Unfortunately, my only two problems seem to be with my Razer products. So here are my problems in Most to Least important: 1) So whenever I enter into Fortnite, my Tartarus Pro kicks itself off and only my Huntsman Elite and Basilisk stay operational. I bought the Tartarus Pro in hopes of using it for Fortnite; however, I seem to really be struggling to be able to use it at all. I want to solely use the Tartarus Pro as my Keyboard, and not the Huntsman Elite. 2) I have set my Chroma settings to exactly what I want; sadly though, whenever I enter into Fortnite, all of my settings go out the window and my Huntsman and Basilisk go Static white, and the Tartarus Pro appears to shut all the way off color-wise. Hello, I have an old Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 keyboard that has an issue with the "t" key randomly repeating (just once) when pressed. I've seen a number of suggestions to update firmware for key repeating issues, but I have not been able to find a reliable link to get the firmware updater for this older keyboard. I do have Synapse 2 installed, which has not prompted for a firmware update, so it's possible that it's already on the latest firmware - but I have no idea how to check if this is the case. Just wondering if anyone might point me to the right direction to the firmware updater, or any other suggestions? The keyboard is still in perfectly good condition, other than the frequent double-T issue. Thanks!

i have a Blackwidow Chroma Version 1 keyboard. When I use the Razer software to make changes to the keyboard are these changes stored in keyboard memory itself, in the cloud, or in some file(s) which are part of the Windows 10 OS ? I ask this because I want to know whether my keyboartd settings will remain the same whether I am working in Windows 10 or another OS ( Linuix distros ) which I can multiboot.

I wanted to buy a new razer keyboard with an azerty layout as I am from belgium and have never used any other typing fond before. I wanted to buy the razer huntsman te, and my first idea was to just switch some of the keys but then I saw the keycaps werent flat so it would be difficult typing, I then wanted to buy the razer pbt keycaps until I saw they were only available in qwerty. Could razer please make azerty keycaps or just make an azerty version of every keyboard?

Hello people. I have a Ornata keyboard and the F keys aren't working. Not even the esc button or print screen and scroll lock. can someone help me? What I already tried: exclude the previous profile, reset from factory and uninstall install the synapse again. what worked: I turned on the virtual keyboard on win 10 and presse some F keys there and the keyboard worked, after restarting it, stoped again..

any idea how can i solve this, the only time the media keys work is if i close the synapse 3. I already did the "Jamie T1" folder name change to "Huntsman Elite" but still not working.
