Issue with 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code – Already Registered

Hello,

 

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and wanted to activate it with the 7.1 Surround Sound software. However, when I tried to register the activation code, I received an error message saying that the code has already been registered.

 

Could you please help me resolve this issue and provide me with a working activation code? I can share the proof of purchase if needed.
